Amanda Ava Koci, known by her stage name Ava Max, is an American singer and songwriter. After leaving several states in the United States to pursue a career in music from an early age, Max signed with Atlantic Records in 2016, where she released the track "Sweet but Psycho" in August 2018. It became his breakout single after peaking in 22 countries including the UK, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Sweden and New Zealand. The song also peaked at number two in Australia, and number 10 on the US Billboard Hot 100. Max released their debut studio album, Heaven & Hell, in September 2020, to number two on the Chart. UK Album chart, and is at No. 27 on the US Billboard 200. Following the release of the album, the song "Kings & Queens" reached No. 13 on the Billboard Hot 100 and No. 19 on the UK Singles Chart, while "My Head & My Heart" hit No. 45th on the Billboard Hot 100 and at No. 18 on the UK Singles Chart.
She is a pop singer who rose to prominence with her third single,"Sweet but Psycho". In Sweden, the song topped the Sverigetopplistan chart. She was also featured in David Guetta's seventh studio album, which was released in 2018.
