Dhani Harrison is an English musician, composer, and singer-songwriter. He is the son of George and Olivia Arias Harrison. Harrison debuted as a professional musician, helping to record his father's last album, Brainwashed, and supplementing it with the help of Jeff Lynne following his father's death in November 2001. Harrison became formed their own band, thenewno2, in 2002 and performed at festivals including Coachella, where Spin magazine called their show one of the "best New Year festival performances". . The group also performed Lollapalooza three times with Harrison joining festival founder Perry Farrell on the cover of The Velvet Underground's "Sweet Jane" at the 2010 event. In 2017, Harrison released his first solo album IN /// PARALLEL. The 2019 film IN /// PARALIVE, featured the live version of his first solo album and was filmed in the ring at the legendary Henson Studios in Los Angeles.
He paid tribute to his father, the legendary Beatles member George Harrison, but mostly pursued his own path.
