Burrhus Frederic Skinner is an American psychologist, behaviorist, author, inventor, and social philosopher. He was professor of psychology at Harvard University from 1958 until his retirement in 1974. Viewing free will as an illusion, Skinner viewed human actions as dependent on the consequences of previous actions; a theory he would explain clearly. is the underlying principle: If the effect of an action is bad, it is more likely that the action will not be repeated; if the consequences are good, the capacity to act again becomes stronger. Skinner developed behavioral analysis, in particular the philosophy of radical behaviorism, and founded the Empirical Analysis of Behavior, a school of empirical research in psychology. It also uses operating conditions to reinforce behavior, viewing response speed as the most effective measure of reaction power.
