Christi was born on January 1, 1971 in Hong Kong, Rojan Donald Paul and Ann Elizabeth (father and mother); white American parents which makes her of white American ethnicity but was raised in Bellevue, Ohio, USA. She attended the local Bellevue High School and studied broadcast journalism at the University of Toledo, where she earned her bachelor’s degree.
Christi is ravishingly beautiful and for this she holds the title of former Miss Mansfield, Ohio, Miss Greater Cleveland in 1991-1992 and the third runner-up of Miss Ohio in 2013.
