Dan Frischman is an American actor, comedian, writer, director, and magician best known for his roles on the Nickelodeon sitcom Kenan & Kel, and on the ABC sitcom Head of the Class.

He was first identified in an episode of the NBC TV series The Truth of Life, on March 17, 1982. In the episode, entitled “Kids Can Be Cruel,” Frischman played “Carl ‘Rocky’ Price” high school student who was picked up by his peers because of his acne and nerd-like personality.

Thanks to his obvious acne blemishes and injuries, the students in the episode referred to Frischman ‘s character as “Pizzaface” The character Natalie Green, played by actress Mindy Cohn, gets angry at her roommate Blair Warner (Lisa Whelchel) in the episode, and sets her up as a cruel joke with Frischman ‘s character “Rocky.” In 1983, Frischman appeared as Joey in the comedy movie Get Mad, a usually nerdy (and virginal) stagehand who eventually gets the kid. Also in 1983, he appeared in Good-bye, Cruel World, in the series “What your parents used to say.”

Frischman performed alongside his sometime friend, comedian Andrew J. Lederer, who played minor roles in each of these ventures. In the Andrew “Dice” Clay horror film, Frischman and Lederer have worked together as two of the “Schlongini Singers,” Wacko and (with Adam Small and Felice Seiler) in the comedy group, The Ding Dongs.
