Joseph Thomas Elliott Jr. British singer-songwriter, musician, record producer and radio presenter, known as the lead vocalist and one of the founding members of British hard rock band Def Leppard. He is also the lead vocalist for the tribute group David Bowie, Cybernauts and the cover band Down 'n' Outz of Mott the Hoople. He is one of the two original members of Def Leppard and one of three players on every Def Leppard album. Elliott is known for her exceptionally hoarse and broad voice.
