Throughout his career, Kevin Gates really hasn't experimented much with his look. In recent years, he's changed that up, going blonde for a while before testing out different hair looks. His latest is the most far-out we've seen from the Baton Rouge rapper.
The star rapper recently took a trip to the hairstylist, taking advantage of businesses being re-opened following the first wave of COVID-19. After being stuck without his barber for months, Gates decided to switch things up a touch, using his new long hair to try a different style.
À la Kodak Black (but much less pronounced), Kevin Gates now has braids that are parted in five directions atop his dome. The look resembles that of a schoolgirl on her way to kindergarten, and we mean that in the best possible way.
The last couple of months have been pretty rough for Gates, who suffered a leaked sex tape. The worst part: his wife Dreka Gates was not the woman in the video. They have seemingly stuck together throughout the hardship, tackling this obstacle as a unit and ensuring that their bond is not ruined by the apparent affair.
