Martín Lousteau is an Argentinian economist and politician from the Radical Union of Citizens. He is the national senator for the city of Buenos Aires. He was Argentina's Minister of the Economy under the administration of President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner from December 10, 2007 to April 24, 2008. At 37, Lousteau was the youngest person to hold this post for more than 5 decades. Lousteau was Argentina's Ambassador to the United States from 2015 to 2017. From 2013 to 2019, he was the country's Deputy Minister, representing the city of Buenos Aires.
