After her organs began to fail last month, she was taken to intensive care and placed in an induced coma. She is still in a specialized kidney unit, as per Daily Mail.
On Monday, Jay revealed to Loose Women that they nearly lost her. Moreover, a photo of Josie in hospital, hooked up to equipment and with a meningitis rash covering her face and body is circulating on social media, which is heartbreaking to see.
On March 22, Aston spotted a rash on her daughter’s arm. She immediately recognized those rashes as her husband had also contracted the same illness 19 years ago.
She took her to the hospital and placed her under treatment. The rashes disappeared immediately, but she remained in a coma for five days. She still has rashes in some parts of her body, but she is recovering slowly and receiving blood transfusions and kidney dialysis based on the news.
