Brian and Michele met at a pub in Nichols, Tioga County, in 2000. He was 23 years old at that time. He was visiting from Philadelphia to go hunting with his family and friends. On the other hand, Michele was 35 years old and a mother of four.
However, weekend excursions to the Poconos in northern Pennsylvania helped their romance blossom swiftly. Earley relocated to Tioga County in 2001 after landing a job as a worker at a Vestal steel fabrication plant.
In the meantime, his girlfriend was divorcing her husband, Cal, and was planning to buy a house in Owego. He was hoping to share the home with her one day.

He was the prosecution’s 11th witness in the murder trial for Cal Harris, a 53-year-old Tioga County auto salesman accused of second-degree murder, wrote Press Connects.
According to Tioga County District Attorney Kirk Martin, Cal Harris was the only person with a motive for killing Michele, and the murder was “the final act of control” in a brutal divorce battle.
Martin’s case is based entirely on speculation, including a bit of blood discovered in the Harris house garage and a section of the entryway leading to the kitchen.
Michele’s corpse, as well as a murder weapon, have yet to be discovered. Yet, despite all the accusations, Harris was declared not guilty by a court in his fourth trial.
